So for my leadership requirement, I did something a little unorthodox. Over the course of the winter (prior to the global pandemic) I served as Mr. LeDuc’s guitar tech, which meant that I would arrive early every morning and change strings and inspect the guitars to see if they were in a good enough condition. Overall, I liked the experience, and I did learn many things about the guitar and how it functions than I did prior (which was the point!). It also taught me more about time management and how to plan things in advance. It truly was eye-opening, and put me on the right path for maybe building my own guitar someday.
